Read-only views over what the odds pipeline actually published for one fixture. Nothing here recomputes a price — it shows the real numbers at each stage and the config that shaped them; a human judges correctness. Needs a NATS port-forward: kubectl port-forward -n cypherlab-services-dev svc/nats 4222:4222.
